Chudnovsky Law adds former state licensing prosecutor

Jeffrey Mason Phillips, who spent 17 years handling professional license enforcement matters for the California Department of Justice, has joined Chudnovsky Law as a partner. Phillips will represent licensed professionals in disciplinary, regulatory and administrative proceedings.

Jeffrey Mason Phillips, a former California deputy attorney general, has joined Chudnovsky Law as a partner, the professional license defense and criminal defense firm announced.

Phillips spent 17 years in the California Department of Justice's Licensing Section, where he handled professional license enforcement matters. He rose to deputy attorney general V, one of the department's higher attorney classifications.
