A federal judge ruled a fitness company plausibly alleged Meta's advertising terms are ambiguous, allowing claims over its ad-auction pricing practices to move forward.

A fitness company's lawsuit alleging Meta misleads advertisers about how it prices ads may proceed, Senior U.S. District Judge Charles R. Breyer ruled.

Iron Tribe Fitness alleges Meta tells advertisers using its auction system to submit their best offer upfront while promising to charge only the "minimum amount you need to pay."
