A federal judge has granted final approval to a $250 million securities fraud settlement against electric-vehicle maker Rivian Automotive Inc., awarded $60 million in attorney fees to class counsel and rejected objections from three investors, ending more than three years of litigation over claims the company misled investors ahead of a sharp stock decline following its 2021 IPO.
