A Zimbabwean social enterprise has filed a federal lawsuit in Los Angeles against the Toyota Mobility Foundation, alleging the global automotive giant's philanthropic arm engaged in a fraudulent joint venture to misappropriate proprietary rural electric vehicle technology and field data.
