Motorcyclist blames San Jose intersection design for crash that left him quadriplegic

A motorcyclist who was paralyzed from the neck down after a 2025 collision sued San Jose, Santa Clara County and Caltrans, alleging officials failed to address dangerous conditions at a poorly marked intersection despite prior crashes there.
