Four decades after launching Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP, litigator John B. Quinn is stepping down as leader of the firm he built -- a firm that reshaped the economics and structure of modern litigation practice.
Quinn will remain a partner and serve as non-executive chair, focusing on promoting the firm and developing client relationships, according to a firm statement.
