Judge clears path for Dodger Stadium gondola project

Los Angeles Superior Court ruling allows zero-emission transit project to move forward after environmental review challenges.

Beleaguered efforts to build an emissions-free gondola line from Downtown Los Angeles' Union Station to Dodger Stadium will move forward thanks to a ruling from Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Joel L. Lofton.

Project backers Zero Emissions Transit celebrated the ruling, which lifted a hold placed on the project while LA Metro consulted with the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy about noise impacts.
