O.C. mother faces manslaughter charge after teen's e-motorcycle crash

Prosecutors add felony charge in case targeting parents who allow minors to ride illegal e-motorcycles, after fatal collision involving 14-year-old rider.

Orange County prosecutors have amended the charges against an Aliso Viejo mother to include involuntary manslaughter after an 81-year-old Vietnam veteran died from injuries suffered when her 14-year-old son, allegedly performing wheelies on an illegal electric motorcycle, struck him in Lake Forest.
