A federal judge closed a hearing in Elon Musk's lawsuit against OpenAI suddenly on Monday, without giving a reason, and indicated in a minute entry afterward that she might bifurcate the upcoming trial after Musk amended his requested remedies to include Samuel Altman's resignation and the restructuring of his company.
