A San Francisco judge granted summary judgment in favor of Moradi Saslaw LLP and two of its attorneys, finding no triable issues and casting doubt on claims of millions in losses as she ended a legal malpractice lawsuit brought by a former divorce client.

Superior Court Judge Christine Van Aken's ruling, issued following a hearing Friday, dismissed Scott Landress' claims that the firm mishandled his divorce case or cost him millions in lost assets.
