King & Wood opens offices in Los Angeles and Vancouver
Lu Yinghao will lead the Los Angeles office and head the firm's U.S. banking and finance practice.
King & Wood, one of the largest law firms in China, has opened a Los Angeles office to serve Chinese and American clients in cross-border investment, finance and trade.
The announcement came just before the Chinese firm formally splits from Australia's Mallesons next month.
