Lawsuit against State Farm adds racketeering, retaliation claims

Palisades fire survivors amended their lawsuit against State Farm, adding racketeering claims, naming agents and a software vendor, and alleging retaliation and undisclosed wildfire risk data.

Broadening their legal offensive against State Farm, survivors of the January 2025 Palisades fire filed a detailed amended complaint that names specific agents and software provider in an alleged racketeering enterprise and levels new allegations of corporate retaliation and physical injury.
