A retired federal prosecutor filed a lawsuit to stop an Orange County Superior Court judge from appearing on the June 2 primary ballot under an abbreviated name, urging a judge to order the county registrar of voters to block what he calls an unlawful and misleading listing before ballots go to print on March 27.
