Fashion influencer Nicholas Tuinenburg took the stand in Los Angeles on Wednesday to address claims by Nike that he sold counterfeit shoes and apparel through social media.
Tuinenburg testified last before the parties rested their cases in a trial where Nike is seeking $18 million in damages. Closing arguments were set for Thursday.
