A San Francisco judge allowed most claims to move forward in a lawsuit against $53 billion blockchain network Solana Foundation but told its attorneys in court Monday that they have enough to defend their case without excessive discovery.

Solana is accused of exiting a deal with a technology firm, Inflect Inc., that helped secure its data center infrastructure.
