State Bar expands lawsuit against Meazure, citing internal documents

The State Bar alleges newly produced internal communications show the testing vendor privately doubted its ability to administer the February 2025 bar exam before widespread technical failures disrupted the test.

The State Bar of California expanded its lawsuit against technology provider Meazure Learning, alleging internal documents produced during discovery show the vendor knew it was unprepared to administer the February 2025 bar exam, which was plagued by technical failures.
