Former Musk banker says Twitter bot data dispute prompted 'on hold' tweet
A former Morgan Stanley banker testified Elon Musk paused his Twitter acquisition after the company failed to provide requested data supporting its bot estimates, as plaintiffs claim the post intentionally depressed stock.
A former banker for Elon Musk testified Thursday about what led the Tesla and SpaceX CEO to post on Twitter that his acquisition of the company was "temporarily on hold" in May 2022.
