DTLA Law Group founder charged with multistate unauthorized practice
The State Bar has accused DTLA Law Group founder Salar Hendizadeh of unauthorized multistate practice, failing to supervise nonlawyer staff and continuing to use a former attorney's credentials in filings and marketing.
The State Bar has charged Salar Hendizadeh, a founding partner of Downtown LA Law Group LLP, with operating a multistate personal injury practice in eight states where neither he nor his partners were licensed and allowing his nonattorney staff to issue legal advice and documents in those jurisdictions.
