By continuing operations after it was sued, Netflix is accused of inducing its users to infringe DivX patents, the plaintiff's lawyers argued in a federal patent lawsuit Thursday.
The argument came during a hearing on various pretrial motions before U.S. District Judge George H. Wu ahead of a trial set to begin in March in Los Angeles.
