Lawyers for Elon Musk's xAI attempted to keep the company's trade secrets lawsuit against competitor OpenAI alive at a hearing Tuesday after U.S. District Judge Rita F. Lin issued a tentative ruling saying the plaintiff's claim likely wasn't plausible enough to survive the defendant's recent motion to dismiss.
