Harassment, retaliation case against cargo firm ends in $3.94M settlement

Worldwide Flight Services agreed to settle the case during the first week of trial in Los Angeles, concluding nearly nine years of litigation over allegations that a manager groped and demeaned female employees while the company failed to take corrective action.
