Grok, an artificial intelligence chatbot introduced by
Elon Musk's startup arm xAI, is under legal scrutiny
in California. Rob Bonta, California's Attorney General, stated earlier in
January that Grok was under investigation due to its rapid proliferation of
sexually explicit images of non-consenting women and minors.
