Woman sues Rose Bowl, alleged attacker over beating

Shelby Lynn Elston, knocked unconscious during a Rüfüs Du Sol concert, claims Rose Bowl security ignored a prolonged assault, leaving her and her fiancé defenseless against an alleged repeat attacker.

A woman who was beaten unconscious at a Rose Bowl concert in August has sued the venue and her alleged attacker, claiming security personnel failed to intervene during the prolonged assault.
