John C. Eastman and Randall A. Miller
John C. Eastman has appealed to the California Supreme Court against the State Bar's recommendation he be disbarred for speech and writings on behalf of President Donald Trump that claimed irregularities in the 2020 election could have changed the outcome.
The bar's hearing judge and review panel engaged in "an unprecedented political prosecution" of Eastman, stated the petition for review filed Sept. 29 by Randall A. Miller of Miller Waxler LLP.
