Shegerian & Associates beat back most claims in a fee-splitting fight after a Los Angeles judge ruled the contested agreement wasn't shown to be unconscionable.
The dispute stems from attorney Twila White's work on a labor discrimination case for more than five years before being replaced by Shegerian, who settled it in just three weeks yet claimed 75% of the attorney fees.
