A federal judge tentatively ruled a fourth jury trial is needed to decide punitive damages in the trade dress infringement battle between MGA Entertainment and the OMG Girlz, citing the Seventh Amendment.

Despite the company's push for a bench trial, a high-stakes trade dress infringement battle between MGA Entertainment and the OMG Girlz entertainers is likely to return to a jury for a fourth time, a federal judge tentatively ruled Monday.
