Suit claims LA city attorney blocked Venice affordable housing project
Housing nonprofits sued Los Angeles, alleging City Attorney Hydee Feldstein Soto and Councilmember Traci Park unlawfully obstructed a Venice affordable housing project approved under the city's Comprehensive Homeless Strategy.





A lawsuit by housing advocates claims that Los Angeles City Attorney Hydee Feldstein Soto and a city council member blocked, after their election in 2022, a long-delayed Venice affordable housing project that had already been approved.
