After a judge overturned most of a $71 million plaintiffs' verdict, toymaker MGA Entertainment is seeking to avoid a fourth jury trial in its long-running infringement dispute with rapper T.I. and the OMG Girlz.

A critical underlying issue in the case relates to whether the company intentionally violated the R&B group's trade dress when it manufactured and released certain dolls in its "L.O.L. Surprise! O.M.G." series.
