Retired appellate justice joins Judicate West's panel of neutrals
Retired 5th District Court of Appeal Justice M. Bruce Smith has joined Judicate West as a mediator, arbitrator and private judge, bringing more than 40 years of legal experience and 25 years on the bench.
M. Bruce Smith, now retired from the California 5th District Court of Appeal, has joined Orange County-based Judicate West as a mediator, arbitrator and private judge.
Rosemarie Chiusano Aubert, executive vice president and co-founder of Judicate West, said that Smith offers an ideal mix of experience as a civil litigator, superior court judge, and appellate justice, with a notable four-decade legal career and 25 years on the bench handling thousands of cases.
