Alcon revives lawsuit against Musk, Tesla for 'Blade Runner' AI photo

Alcon Entertainment sues Elon Musk, Tesla and Warner Bros. Discovery, alleging unauthorized AI-generated use of "Blade Runner 2049" imagery to promote Tesla's Cybercab, claiming infringement and false affiliation.

Producers of the 2017 film "Blade Runner 2049" reinstated an infringement lawsuit Tuesday against Elon Musk, Tesla, and Warner Bros. Discovery. The case centers on Tesla's alleged unauthorized use of AI to reproduce imagery from the film in promoting an upcoming automated taxicab.
