Judge skeptical of objectors to $2.5B NCAA athlete rights deal
Judge Claudia Wilken scrutinized a $2.5 billion NCAA settlement on athletes' NIL rights, noting it won't classify athletes as employees, despite objections over fairness and roster limits.

During a final fairness hearing, U.S. District Judge Claudia Wilken was skeptical of the arguments from attorneys for objectors to the settlement that she preliminarily approved in October.
