The family of a U.S. federal agent who was tortured and murdered by a Mexican cartel in 1985 is looking to hold the drug lords civilly liable for crimes they alleged were acts of international terrorism. Among the family members who filed the federal complaint on Thursday is the agent's son, San Diego County Superior Court Judge Enrique S. Camarena Jr.
