A Los Angeles judge ruled partially in favor of the Regents of the University of California in a case claiming racial harassment and discrimination against employees by a longtime supervisor at UCLA Health.

Judge Tony L. Richardson denied the regents' motion for summary adjudication on a harassment claim, finding a triable issue of fact, but granted their motion for a discrimination claim, citing a lack of adverse employment action within the statutory period.
