90 more women to sue Cedars Sinai, doctor for sexual assault
Nearly 90 new plaintiffs join over 250 accusers suing Cedars Sinai's Dr. Barry Brock, alleging sexual assault and hospital cover-ups in escalating lawsuits, their attorney said.
Some 90 additional plaintiffs plan to sue Cedars Sinai and obstetrician/gynecologist Barry Brock for sexual assault, bringing the total number of accusers to more than 250, attorneys for the plaintiffs told a Los Angeles judge.
Mike Arias of Arias Sanguinetti Wang & Team LLP in Los Angeles told Judge Kenneth R. Freeman on Tuesday that he and Anthony T. DiPietro of the The DiPietro Law Firm in New York City already represent hundreds of plaintiffs in three lawsuits.
