Health and safety protections at risk in pending US Supreme Court cases
Over the past 40 years, the Chevron doctrine has become a staple of administrative law. The Supreme Court has cited Chevron and relied on it many times, although analysis by some scholars suggests that Chevron has little impact on how the Supreme Court decides cases.
