LA County courts will resume all trials on Monday

“Throughout the pandemic, we have prioritized safe access to justice – and will continue to do so,” Presiding Judge Eric C. Taylor said Wednesday.

In-person trials will fully resume Monday in the Los Angeles County Superior Court system as the Omicron surge of the COVID-19 virus subsides, Presiding Judge Eric C. Taylor announced Wednesday.

Also citing the decline in coronavirus cases this week, the U.S. District Court in Los Angeles announced it would resume civil and criminal trials Feb. 22.
