Robert S. Brewer, the former U.S. attorney in San Diego, has returned to his previous law firm, Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek.
The announcement came Wednesday, seven months after Brewer resigned as top prosecutor for the Southern District of California. Brewer was replaced by acting U.S. Attorney Randy Grossman.
