Trustee attorneys get extension to file Girardi assets and liabilities

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Barry Russell of Los Angeles had set Wednesday as the deadline for Girardi and his law firm, Girardi Keese, to file documentation of his income, liabilities and assets.

The judge in charge of plaintiffs' attorney Thomas V. Girardi's bankruptcy granted a motion Thursday by trustee attorneys for an extension to file his assets and liabilities after he missed the deadline.

Timothy J. Yoo of Levene, Neale, Bender, Yoo & Brill LLP, who represents trustee Jason M. Rund filed the motion Wednesday night.
