Mixed martial arts fighters win class certification in US court
Nevada judge tentatively grants class cert in UFC antitrust lawsuit
A federal judge in Nevada has tentatively granted class certification to mixed martial arts fighters who sued the Ultimate Fighting Championship six years ago, alleging antitrust violations.
U.S. District Judge Richard F. Boulware announced Thursday he would soon grant class certification in the case, Cung Le v. Zuffa LLC, 2:15-CV-01045 (NE, filed June 3, 2015).
