The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed its August decision dismissing a Federal Trade Commission antitrust lawsuit against Qualcomm Inc. that accused the San Diego company of monopolization.
The judges on the panel voted to deny a government petition for rehearing and no judge requested a vote to reconsider the case en banc. FTC v. Qualcomm Inc., 19-16122 (9th Cir., filed June 3, 2019).
