A pair of first-of-their-kind federal securities lawsuits against Facebook and Oracle seek to oust three of their board members for at least two Black executives and replace their chairmen with independent, nonexecutive directors.
The complaints alleged the tech giants have "one of the oldest and most egregious 'Old Boy's Club[s]" in Silicon Valley and failed to follow through on their commitments to diversity.
