NFL players’ negligence suit against league still alive
A 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel affirmed rulings by a San Francisco district judge against two of the plaintiffs’ theories and sent another theory back to be decided.
A 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeal panel kept a lawsuit by former professional football players against the NFL for allegedly negligently providing them with unprescribed drugs to keep them on the field alive Friday, but affirmed rulings by a San Francisco district judge against two of the plaintiffs' theories.
The panel sent back another theory of the case to U.S. District Judge
