Legal profession doesn't reflect state diversity, says bar
In 2018, the Legislature required the bar to implement a plan to meet goals relating to access, fairness and diversity in the practice of law and provide biannual reports to lawmakers.
The California legal profession does not reflect the diversity of the state's population, according to the State Bar's first annual Report Card on the Diversity of California's Legal Profession.
