DOJ can’t keep secret national security protocols, judge says
A federal judge has unsealed records containing the Justice Department’s policies for use of the Classified Information Procedures Act in criminal cases.

The U.S. Justice Department can't keep secret protocols for how it prosecutes national security cases, a federal judge in California has ruled.
U.S. District Judge John A. Kronstadt of the Central District of California on July 8 released documents filed by prosecutors who charged a south Lebanese Muslim man with bank fraud last year.
