After messy arbitration fight, CoreLogic settles labor suit for $6 million
The case exemplifies what plaintiff attorneys say is a growing labor defense tactic aimed at hindering mass filings.
A proposed class action against CoreLogic, Inc. settled for $6 million after a fight over arbitration prompted a U.S. judge to sanction the data analytics service for what he called "a pattern of dilatory conduct."
