The ACLU has filed a brief in support of a southern Lebanese Muslim man's fight to figure out if and why the government has been spying on him.
Last month attorneys for Abdallah Osseily requested U.S. District Judge John A. Kronstadt to order federal prosecutors to disclose any FISA applications, warrants, and other evidence it obtained while secretly monitoring him.
