Judge wants foul-mouthed lawyer disbarred from practice
Slamming his fist and shouting, a federal judge said Monday he will grant a restraining order against a foul-mouthed attorney who sent a string of expletive-laden emails and threats to opposing counsel, and the jurist said he will do all he can to get the Culver City lawyer barred from practicing.
