The state’s two most prominent Democratic political firms joined forces Tuesday, combining strengths in political and government law to form Olson Remcho LLP.
The merger, which will go into effect Jan. 1, matches Sacramento-based Olson, Hagel & Fishburn LLP and Oakland-based Remcho, Johansen & Purcell LLP. The new firm will include 22 attorneys, with offices in Sacramento, Oakland and Long Beach.
