Politics loom over case against anti-abortion activists
The judge presiding over the state attorney general’s office unusual prosecution of two anti-abortion activists for videotaping Planned Parenthood and other abortion providers for multiple felonies fought back Wednesday against the efforts of lawyers on both sides to interject the incendiary politics of abortion into the preliminary hearing.
