A coalition of environmental groups has sued the federal government to halt a program that allows Northern California farmers and ranchers to request the killing of predators.
According to the complaint filed Tuesday, the U.S. Department of Agriculture's program to kill problem animals is outdated, ineffective and has unreasonably expanded to other wildlife. Center for Biological Diversity
